Many of our patients with insurance have Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, Principal and Delta PPO insurance plans - for those patients, we submit their claims as out of network providers.

For patients without insurance, Park Slope Dentistry Seventh Avenue (PSD7) offers a yearly Membership Plan for high-quality, modern dentistry without the pitfalls of waiting periods, premiums, or treatment restrictions. This plan provides significant savings on regular cleaning and check up appointments and discounts on most dental procedures.

• 2 dental checkups per year (includes standard cleaning, doctor exam and 2D x-rays)

• 1 emergency visit per year (includes doctor exam and 2D x-rays)

• 15% discount on fillings, root canals, scaling and root planing

• 10% discount on crown and bridge, nightguards, implants, oral surgery, and periodontal surgery
