We also have many patients with MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, Principal and Delta PPO insurance plans - for those patients, as a courtesy we submit these claims as out of network providers. Forms of Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If treatment is paid in full prior to beginning treatment, a courtesy of 5% will be subtracted from your total fee (excluding the portion due from your insurance company). A 3% courtesy will be applied if paid by credit card. This applies to treatments greater than $2,000.00 and cannot be combined with other special offers.
You can also apply for interest-free financing for up to 12 months through the CareCredit Plan. You may apply confidentially with our office manager or online by visiting www.carecredit.com.
Payments for Extensive Treatment
Your balance is divided by the number of estimated appointments needed to complete your dental treatment. Payment is due in full before crowns and other prosthetics are inserted.
For all other treatments, payment is expected in full when services are rendered unless prior authorization from your dental insurance has been obtained.
New patients must pay for the first visit, in full, at the time of treatment even if you have dental insurance. If insurance coverage have been confirmed, your copay is expected at the time of your visit.
